The Churches Conservation Trust is the national body that cares for and preserves English churches of historic, architectural or archaeological importance, that are no longer needed for regular worship. It promotes public enjoyment of them and their use as an educational and community resource.

The award-winning My Brighton and Hove website is a living history of Brighton and Hove. Through the site, people share their memories, photos, knowledge and opinions about the city - as it is today and as it was in the past.
The Friends of St Andrews are indebted to the proprietors of the Iron Duke Hotel (opposite the church) for their generosity and assistance with church events and their kind offer of toilet facilities during our events.
- St Andrew's is located in the area covered by EBRA (The East Brunswick Residents Association) and many of the Friends support the work of this voluntary organisation that campaigns for the preservation and improvement of the environment and amenities of the area.
- The Friends of Brunswick Square and Terrace also have members who strongly support and assist the Friends of St Andrew's, as well as spearheading many campaigns for the benefit of the area.
- The Friends of Palmeira and Adelaide (FOPA) is a residents association for the nearby Palmeira and Adelaide area and membership is open to all who reside in the area. The aims of the association are to act for the residents in preserving and improving the buildings, gardens and general amenities of the area.
- Regular performers at St Andrew's are the amazing Brighton & Hove (Actually) Gay Men's chorus.
